By registering an account, purchasing a tag, or utilizing our services, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that TentTrace Ltd shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Theft and Property Loss: Any loss, theft, vandalism, or unauthorized entry into your physical tent structure while pitched within a festival perimeter. The TentTrace® system is an environmental management and waste reduction tool; it does not act as a security guard, lock, or active anti-theft system.
Environmental and Weather Damage: Any physical damage, collapse, tearing, water logging, or total destruction of your tent frame, fabric shell, or personal belongings caused by severe weather, flooding, mud, fires, or unforeseen environmental hazards on the festival grounds.
Third-Party Actions: The actions, negligence, misconduct, or malicious behaviour of other festival-goers, third-party site contractors, or festival attendees.
Event Disruptions: Any unexpected scheduling alterations, sudden structural adjustments, scale downs, site evacuations, or complete venue cancellations executed by external festival organizers, local councils, or emergency services.
